How it works

  2. Talk by video

On Google Meet or WhatsApp, from wherever you are, entirely in English.

  3. Get your documents on your phone

When clinically indicated, test orders and prescriptions are issued online with a digital signature, valid across Brazil.

What we can do

  • Look at a new health concern and tell you what to do next.
  • Explain how Brazilian healthcare works: pharmacies, labs, hospitals and when to use each.
  • Check-ups and routine test orders.
  • Read and explain test results, including results in Portuguese.
  • Review the treatment you already take and find the Brazilian equivalent.
  • Refer you when you need another specialty or an in-person exam.
